Why have I been asked to resubmit my ID after completing my Kaplan Test of English test?  

Occasionally, there are problems with the ID used on the e-proctoring application. The image may be blurry or dated, or the text may be difficult to read. In these instances, a member of our team will email you to request that you forward a copy of your ID.
